Pricing & payment policy

“Clear costs” is one of LACA's four operating commitments. You always know the cost before you agree to treatment.

1. A quote before treatment

After your exam, you receive a treatment plan with a quote that lists:

  • Each treatment item and quantity.
  • Unit price and type of material or service.
  • Estimated total cost and number of visits.
  • Payment terms.

You are welcome to take the plan home and think it over. No need to decide on the spot.

2. If something changes during treatment

If your dentist finds something different from what was expected, they will explain it, give you the adjusted cost and only go ahead with your agreement. The only exception is when immediate action is needed for your safety.

3. Payment

  • Payment methods and schedule, including staged payments for longer treatments, are written in your treatment plan.
  • You receive a payment receipt each time you pay. Invoices are issued in line with regulations.
  • If you stop a treatment plan part-way, payments made for work not yet done are handled according to your treatment plan agreement and the law.

4. Offers

  • Each offer states its content, dates and conditions.
  • Whether offers can be combined is stated in each offer.
  • LACA never recommends treatment because of an offer. Recommendations are always based on your actual condition.
